Alex Rogers

Adaptive Remodeling Solutions is led by Alex Rogers, a University of Wisconsin–Madison graduate with a Bachelor of Science (2019). Before taking ownership of the company in May 2024, Alex gained extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, project management, and accessibility-focused design.

Since 2021, Alex has been self-employed as an dwelling contractor, managing a wide variety of remodeling and building projects across southern Wisconsin. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the full remodeling process—from design and planning to execution and finishing—and a reputation for quality work, clear communication, and customer satisfaction.

Alex brings a modern, detail-oriented approach to Adaptive Remodeling Solutions while maintaining the company’s strong foundation of family values, integrity, and service. His leadership blends innovation with tradition, ensuring every client receives not only expert craftsmanship but also the personalized care that has defined the company since its beginning.

Our Background

The story of Adaptive Remodeling Solutions began with Blaine and Becky Rogers, Alex’s uncle and aunt, who founded the company with a mission to help older adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. With more than 50 years of combined experience, they built the company’s reputation on compassion, craftsmanship, and dedication to improving quality of life through accessible design.

Becky Rogers, a licensed Occupational Therapist, brought extensive experience working with individuals managing a range of health conditions including mobility, vision, and hearing challenges; Parkinson’s disease; arthritis; COPD; stroke; dementia; and more. Her clinical background shaped Adaptive Remodeling Solutions’ unique ability to design practical, accessible spaces that truly meet clients’ functional needs.

Blaine Rogers, with a professional background in home remodeling and universal design, also served as Director of Maintenance for a large assisted living facility. His expertise in adaptive construction—ranging from accessible bathrooms and kitchens to ramps, railings, and widened doorways—helped countless homeowners maintain comfort and independence.

In 2008, Blaine, Becky, and Adaptive Remodeling Solutions received the Good Samaritan Corporate Award for their dedication and compassion toward senior citizens—a reflection of the heart and mission behind their work.

Today, under Alex Rogers’ leadership, Adaptive Remodeling Solutions continues to grow and evolve while honoring its roots. The company remains committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and beautifully designed spaces that enhance comfort, safety, and independence—improving lives, one home at a time.
