Adaptive Remodeling Solutions believes that living in one’s home has a positive effect on the body, mind and spirit. That is why we help older adults live independently, in their own homes, as long as possible.

Adaptive Remodeling Solutions specializes in, aging in place, modifications for home and condo owners in South Central Wisconsin. We’re not your typical home improvement company. We work with the older adult and physically challenged populations who would like to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to embrace your independence and mobility by beautifully remodeling and turning your house or condo into a fully functional and accessible home.

The first step to living in a more comfortable and safer home is by identifying each person’s unique needs and abilities and incorporating those into your home renovations. Our comprehensive free home safety analysis collects specific construction and design information so we can better understand your current home and property performance. We then create the best long-term solutions to suit your needs. We encourage you to actively participate in this analysis.

The second step ensures that we are able to provide you with the best solutions for improving your home. Once we complete the analysis we will schedule an appointment with you to discuss your needs.

The third step is all about creating plans so you can safely use all areas of your home without fear of falling, slipping or any other danger.

Whether you know exactly what you want or need assistance coming up with a plan, we will be happy to help. Our team of aging in home specialists have years of experience and education to help you make an informed decision.

Blaine and crew did extensive renovations to our raised ranch home to make it accessible for my husband, including converting showers to zero entry, adding elevator, replacing flooring, complete kitchen gut and remodel, replacing deck and installing ramp in garage. Blane and Alex are excellent communicators. Blane and a helper installed a chair lift to our basement and did some other work for us. They worked really hard and put in many hours to get the lift working right. I believe the charge was quite reasonable. You could not go wrong by hiring them. We will definitely use them again.
